We specialize in the export of offal as a raw material for the manufacture of kokoreç (lamb intestines) in the Turkish, Greek and Bulgarian markets.

We have a vast offer, as we buy top quality products from the best slaughterhouses in Spain and we manage all the necessary documentation for delivery by land or sea.

The products that we work with the most are mainly lamb offal and net fat, with offal of various types, including the provisions of heart, lung and liver in a single product.

Obviously we also work with sheep and goat guts for other uses and markets.
